DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: We are located on the Portland Providence Medical Center campus in the Providence Professional Plaza. Parking is in the garage at NE Hoyt Street and NE 49th Avenue.

Complimentary valet service is available at the front entrance on Hoyt Street.

MAX STOP: Hollywood/NE 42nd Street Transit Center or NE 60th Avenue Station; Red/Green/Blue lines

Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
Friday: 8 am - 3 pm
We close daily from noon to 1 pm for lunch
